Work Study
To develop well-rounded missionaries, our work-study program offers students opportunities to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Hands-On Training
Students are not only trained in the classroom but also apply their skills through field assignments, outreach projects, and ministry practice, preparing them for full-time mission work.

Course Overview
Streams of Light Training Institute combines classroom instruction with hands-on ministry experience. Students will focus on foundational classes, spiritual development, and practical work assignments during the first semester. A key part of this preparation involves strategizing, planning, and coordinating with churches within major cities to prepare for the evangelistic cycle in the second semester.
In the second semester, students and their assigned churches will conduct a five-month evangelism cycle that includes a rotation of health evangelism, Bible work, and public evangelism. Throughout each cycle, students will distribute The Great Controversy door-to-door, capturing leads and directing them to various evangelistic programs related to the cycle. The program culminates in a student-led evangelistic series at each assigned church, harvesting the efforts made during the semester.
Core Components of the Program

These tasks instill a work ethic and adaptability, balancing their physical labor with spiritual growth. The skills developed in these assignments are valuable in ministry and everyday life, helping students to become resourceful, mission-ready leaders equipped to serve in a variety of settings.

Field Experience
Our program offers immersive, hands-on training, allowing students to put their learning into practice through both classroom-based preparation and real-world fieldwork. Students engage in literature evangelism, public speaking, Bible studies, health evangelism, and cross-cultural missions, with literature evangelism as the primary method for sharing the three angels’ messages and gathering leads for follow-up.
